It's the variety that Stanko Radikon would refer to as \"Tokaj\", before it was banned by law to call it so. Hence the name, Jakot (Tokaj spelt backwards).\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eNow, the variety has been completely revised and has been discovered to be a relative of Sauvignon Blanc known as Sauvignon Vert.
