About the Wine
Italian wine labels can be a bit intimidating so maybe take it on faith that this Prosecco just smacks of quality.
Prosecco Superiore is the highest classification of Prosecco and Conegliano Valdobbiadene produces the best quality Prosecco Think pizza - sure there's nothing wrong with a dirty Dominos but if you feel like splashing out then Conegliano Valdobbiadene is the wood-fired version, made fresh by the cute Italian. No judgment either way.
A Prosecco for those who like them drier.
About Mongarda
Mongarda was started in 1978 by Bruno Tormena, who took his knowledge of the art of vine cultivation learned from his grandfather in their family vineyards.
Mongarda has similarly become a family affair, with Bruno's son, Martino, taking over the estate in 2011.
They believe in working in unison with the land, and have the outlook that all their work must be done in harmony with their environment.
