Complex rose, utterly delicious, heaps of detail and a general sense of wow, drinkability and finesse. A real beauty.

About This Wine
One of the most interesting Rose wines you will ever encounter - lively, floral, intense and with a myriad of flavours.
It's got spice, wild herbs, a lovely fine structure, a savoury rusticity and it evolves in the glass like few Roses ever do.
Produced mostly from the light red grape Freisa, it is named after an ancient Chinese rose called Mutabilis Chinensis, which appears on the label.
A rare cult Rose that is not for the Provence-heads.
About Matunei
A youthful wine label from young couple Alberto and Carla Brignolo based in Alfiano Natta, part of Piemonte’s Monferrato Casalese.
They work exclusively by hand to cultivate naturally, without synthetic chemicals, herbicides, and respect for the vintage and the territory. Growing Freisa, Grignolino, Nebbiolo, and Barbera all native to their region.
Born from the desire to rediscover new forms of sustainable agriculture, and so named because, ‘Matuné’ (little boy) in Piemontese dialect, is the affectionate way in which the old locals call Alberto.
