About The Wine
The 'Laissez-Faire' range from Larry Cherubino is all about leave-it-alone hands off winemaking, and the Fiano is all the better for it.
Sourced from a Frankland River vineyard planted back in 2007. This is now showing the benefits of increasing vine age, with deepening lemon curd and honey flavours and satisfyingly rich mid-palate.
It had a long, slow fermentation in both old oak and concrete eggs, with no additions save for a smidge of sulphur pre-bottling.
