About The Wine

If ever there was an example of the all-singing, all dancing in the realm of rosé then this is it.

Its a blend of Sauvignon Blanc - with a little skin ctontact for texture - and Pinot Noir to bring out the pink. And it takes the best of both varieties resulting ins smashable rose with a bit to delve into if you so desired.

About Doom Juice

Sebastian and Zac have been working on creating a wine that young people can get around and really relate to but is also approachable to those with a few bottles (Or cases) under their belts.

The definition of the wine ‘Everymen’, they saw a gap for a bit of rock ‘n roll in the world of rosé and also wanted to create an avenue for the typical beer drinker or cheap-as-they-come-rosé quaffer to up their game, get into natural wine but not compromise their identities.

Rosé with street cred? If anyone can do it these blokes can.

This wine is a plush drop that sits very nicely in the middle between dry and sweet. It has tropical hints of peaches and red apples.

We say it's sourced from Hell, but really it's made in Marlborough... Shhhhh

The Wine Front

It’s 60% sauvignon blanc and 40% pinot noir, with the sauvignon blanc skins sitting on top of the pinot for a few days. From Marlborough, New Zealand, which is great because the back label says ‘made in “Hell”‘. Right on. Originally a pint-sized project wine that was produced for an arts/music festival and now breathed life into as a standalone rosé style wine. Sustainably farmed, naturally fermented, no filtering or fining. Email: sebastian@singlevineyards.com to kick things off. Sheesh, this is brilliant drinking. The most smashable rose on the planet, this week at least. Scents of strawberry and cream but green herb and talc and a very strong whiff of watermelon. Watermelon carries onto palate emphatically, almost a granita or sorbet kind of feel right through to a zing of fresh lemon to finish. It’s 98 for drinkability and 93 for its inherent personality and complexity. Nails the brief of summery drinking so well. - Mike Bennie (The Wine Front)

Delivery times vary considerably with Australia Post and unfortunately there is no Express Delivery Option for wine (because it is fragile and heavy). Strict government health and safety requirements and very high parcel volumes are causing significant backlogs at the main NSW and VIC sorting facilities. Orders are still arriving safe and sound but you may notice slower delivery times and less frequent scanning updates than usual.

I am trying to add more of a wine to my cart but it won’t let me? This means we are running low on stock of that wine.
