About The Wine
The skin contact Chinuri from DoReMi is a slightly lighter affair than the Khikhvi orange wine but it is nonetheless a supreme example of how good traditional Georgian wine styles can be.
It's full of earthy and savoury notes, with tannins in the mid range rather than full bore. Tangy acidity persists throughout and that amaro bitter twist is the enticing factor.
A lo-fi, no adds, amber wine of drinkability and class.
