About This Wine
C'mon sing along now; “Everybody is Kung Fu fighting, Those cats were fast as lightning…” and, basically, if you cut a long story short, that’s how this wine came to being.
Winemaker Charles Smith was eating Chinese take-away, watching an old kung fu movie when the idea came to him - to make a killer white wine matched perfectly to Asian food.
Stone fruit, orange citrus, and core of minerality, with the RS perfectly balanced out by the bright, natural, cool-climate acidity.
Juicy, mouth-watering Riesling that is so easy to drink, just as intended.
