About This Wine
Equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot, this sparkling out of Mendoza is made via the charmat (Prosecco) method.
Finely beaded, with a nice persistent mousse, this wine is all about white florals, sweet fruit of the tropics, and a touch of brioche autolysis.
Well balanced, with great natural acidity, and a creamy mouthfeel. This is a great value bottle of bubbles from an exciting South American producer.
