About the Wine
A lot of Fianos embrace the variety's natural texture, working with its thick skins rather than against them. While there is definitely some great grip and breadth here, this is a Fiano which is all about freshness and energy.
It's bright and lifted, with lemon zest and sea spray coming through on the nose, with some rich lemon blossoms, pear and white nectarine on the palate. There is some great length and texture which, combined with a great drinkability, makes this a super food friendly choice. So, do as the Italians do - serve with some antipasto and go for gold!
