About The Wine
It was only a matter of time before the Mediterranean master that is Steve Pannell delivered a Fiano. And surprise surprise, it's another beauty.
Steve explains the variety's suitability to our climate, "As one of Italy’s oldest cultivars, Fiano is at home in Campania but can also be found in Basilicata and Sardinia, Italy. The proximity to the coast and warm dry summers of these regions bear a striking similarity Langhorne Creek as well as McLaren Vale."
It's a soft-hearted little number, with a suite juicy tropical fruits and the variety's classic waxy texture. Not complex but juicy and delicious!
