About The Wine
Hélène Thibon's take on the classic white blend from the Rhone Valley is a refreshing yet flavoursome treat.
The grapes are all grown biodynamically, picked with freshness and acidity in mind, then vinified with wild yeasts and minimal additions to produce a pure, luscious white wine.
The classic yellow stonefruits, ginger and sweetness of Viognier are the main themes of the wine, think apricot, honeysuckle and a hint of spice.
Great for seekes of richer flavours without the heaviness or oiliness that can come with these varieties.
