Generous white but with freshness and loads of personality. Distinct and delicious.

About The Wine
Sylvere Trichard's family has been farming grapes and making wine in Beaujolais for generations.
A deep personal and family connection to the land underpins everything he makes. Since taking over the family's vineyard holdings in Beaujolais in 2012, he has been marked as one of the young stars of the region. The wines are made with no additions, save the occasional inclusion of sulphur at bottling.
There is not much Chardonnay from Beaujolais that makes it into Australia, but if you find a good one, they can be fascinating to drink.
This preservative-free rendition from Trichard is intriguingly savoury, and a little wild. As with all the wines from this talented young vigneron, the transparency of variety and a natural energy are the main calling cards of the style. Premium natural wine here. Great stuff.
