A seamless flow of the most delcious kind of rose.

About The Wine
The Il Pinko Rosé is made from 100% biodynamically farmed Syrah, grown on the picturesque Cobaw Ridge estate vineyard.
The cool-climate of the Macedon Ranges produces Syrah of elegance and spice. When turned into a Rosé you get a wine of quiet complexity and detail.
This is fermented in terracotta qvevri (Georgian amphora) and old French oak barrels, left on lees and bottled with a touch of sulphur.
It's an enchanting Rose, superbly balanced and delicious to drink.
About Cobaw Ridge
Cobaw Ridge was established in 1985 by Alan and Nelly Cooper in the Macedon Ranges.
This estate is the only certified organic and biodynamic producer in the region. Alan firmly believes that great wines are made in the vineyard. The vines come first at Cobaw Ridge. They grow excellent examples of Syrah, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and Australia's most sought-after example of Lagrein.
Over the years Alan's winemaking approach has become more and more minimalist. With sulphur now the only addition in the winery and Alan using more inert vessels such as Qvevri, the Cobaw Ridge Wines have never looked better.
