About The Wine
The fruit for this vibrant Tinto is grown in Cuenca, midway between Madrid and Valencia in the hot dry plains of Southern Spain. The Campo Flores growers work as those who have gone before them have done for centuries, organically cultivating old bush vines without the use of chemicals. It is remarkable to consider this level of the manual labour and viticultural care when you look at the price tag.
In the glass you get a juicy blend of Tempranillo and Syrah, strawberry, and blackcurrant with a seam of warm spices. It's a relatively simple wine but delicious, honest and a complete bargain.
