About The Wine
Just your standard Barossa affair here from the Yetti and the Kokonut.
Pinot Blanc and Pinot Meunier were picked from vineyards in the Barossa Valley during February of the 2018 vintage. The wine was bottled before fermentation finished with a healthy amount of sugar for the wild yeasts to chow down on and get some fizz action happening.
It's the first release from Dave and Koen from 2018 and it's a belter. If you've been tracking this little curio project of theirs, you'll want a look at this before it sells out.
N.B. This is a very vigorous Pet Nat! Make sure the bottle is VERY WELL CHILLED before serving as this will lower the chance of overflow on opening!
