About The Wine
This fresh, lively Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect antidote to a hot Summer's day.
While there's no oak employed her by winemaker Skigh McManus, there is a little batonnage (lees stiring) worked through the wine whilst in tank to take the texture of the wine up a notch or three.
It's a classic WA Sauvignon, showing fresh tropical fruit, a hint of herbaceousness and a crisp, dry finish.
Chill down and chill out with a glass of this on your next long lunch.
