About the Wine
This has to be one of the most interesting Aussie Sauvignon Blancs out there.
Deliciously juicy fruit was hand picked from Brown Brook Estate vineyard in the Yarra, and was pressed to tank straight away to retain all that freshness. It went through full malo, and aged on its lees for almost a full year.
It comes out as a dream of tropical fruit, soft herbal notes and a slight nuttiness, with savoury saline characters and a cutting acidity keeping it all in check.

Save Our Souls is a collaboration between two friends, Jason Searle and Bill Downie, who met many years ago in the vines of Bass Phillip.
Beginning in 2008, the foundation of Save Our Souls is great quality wine, hard work and a good laugh in good company. They make interesting and affordable wines intended as every day drinking wines, ready to be shared with friends.
They source their fruit from all over Victoria and are passionate about creating wines that express the place they come from.
