Feels so utterly pure and wonderful.

About The Wine
Sisters Marie and Sylvie Courselle are making a very different style of Bordeaux.
Their high-density vineyard located at Chateau Thieuley, 25kms from Bordeaux, is certified sustainable by Terra Vitis. Two rebels of the region, they have planted Syrah and even Chardonnay amongst their traditional Bordeaux varieties and make wines in a style that is contrary to the traditions of the area. They are looking for drinkability and character in their wines and are comfortably some of the most interesting and well priced Bordeaux in the market today.
This cuveé is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented and aged in concrete vats, then sent to bottle with no additional sulphur. It's an awesome, vibrant, natural Bordeax that shows its sweet blue fruits and shapely tannin without the influence of heavy oak.
Its such a unique take on Cabernet from this famous region and absolutely a style we would love to see more of out of the area.
