Jared Dixon completes the White Wolf of Cumbria trio this year with the release of this refreshing and delightful white blend.
He takes Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, and Viognier, ferments them together in old barrels, then bottles it unfined and unfiltered.
It's full flavoured, packed with super intense aromatics and succulent fruit, no wonder considering the Gewürz and Viognier components. But importantly, it finishes dry and savoury, making it impossible to not go back for another glass.
Only a couple of hundred dozen made. It's a great all-rounder for lovers of dry whites with interest.

Jared Dixon is a lone ranger on his own mission in the New England wine region.
His wines are made from interesting varieties grown on unique vineyards, sites he classes as ‘undiscovered gems.’ His winemaking is extremely hands-off, allowing the full expression of the fruit to be the focus of every wine. They are fun, don't take themselves too seriously and have a distinct energy about them.
Jared is one of Northern NSW's most exciting and impassioned young winemakers. Where he takes his idiosyncratic label from here is anyone's guess.
