About The Wine
This is a bright and vibrant version of Sangiovese sourced from one vineyard in the Adelaide Hills.
Sangiovese can be a little raw as a young wine. The tannins hard, the fruit a little drying, but the Coulter Sangiovese looks pretty as a picture from day one. It's got everything you want in Sangiovese but with an easy-to-love personality.
The 2018 vintage received a glowing 96 point review from James Halliday who dubbed it, "as good as they come in sangio country."
It's the sort of wine you want on hand when good friends pop around and a plate of charcuterie is being shared.
