About The Wine
This is a new release from The Wanderer winemaker Andrew Marks in the Yarra Valley.
This Rosé is crafted from premium Yarra Valley Pinot Noir, fermented in oak and brought gently to bottle after a little time in old oak.
It's a drier, more savoury style of Pinot Rosé, but one that doesn't lack perfume of charisma.
It's a delicious and great value drop. Perfect for quaffing in the warmer months of the year.
About The Wanderer
The Wanderer is the side label of Yarra Valley vigneron, Andrew Marks, heir apparent to the well-loved Gembrook Hill wine label in the Upper Yarra.
The Wanderer is Andrew's chance to experiment with fruit outside of the family vineyard.
He produces high-calibre Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah, in an elegant and refined style.
These are precise and finely detailed wines made with sensitivity and care that have quickly amassed a cult-like following. Only small amounts of each wine are made..
