About The Wine
The Historic red and white wines are designed as a place to house the new plantings of Terroir al Limit and allow winemaker Dominik Hubert to blend together a more general representation of the region.
His famous ability to transmit the essence of the Priorat region like no other is on show here, even at this lower price point.
This is a blend of Grenache Blanc and Macabeo which is dry and tense yet filled with pulpy yellow fruits, honeysuckle and grilled nuts. It's classic Priorat, the way it used to taste.
About Terroir Al Limit
Dominik Hubert is leading something of a renaissance in the historical wine producing region of Priorat.
He is considered one of the brightest young stars of the region, pushing boundaries and striving to make the most elegant and eloquent wines of the region today. In his operation, tradition meets innovation - the old dry grown bush vines of Carignan and Grenache honoured with as little influence as possible from the hand of the winemaker.
These wines are a shining light of the region. Bucking the trend of hulking, oaky wines of yesteryear and bringing Priorat into a new era.
