Si Vintners is about natural farming. We aim to truly express the land upon which our vines grow, with minimal intervention in both the vineyard and winery.
Si Vintners
About The Wine
Ada is a brilliant modern expression of Chardonnay from Margaret River.
Organically grown and made by the hands Iwo and Sarah, this takes the power of Margaret River Chardonnay and tucks it into a finer frame. It's made with next to know tinkering in the winery, the fruit left to ferment in varying vessels and hang out on gross lees for a period to pick up extra texture and palate weight.
Maki Bennie scored this new release 95 points and noted that while it's a finer-boned expression of Chardonnay from this part of the world, it's still one that will, "Knock ya socks off."
About Si Vintners
Sarah Morris and Iwo Jakimowicz are the couple behind the Si Vintners label, a heartfelt natural farming and winemaking project out of Margaret River.
The two farm their small piece of Margaret River with a gentle hand leaning into organic viticulture within one of the country's most conservative winemaking regions.
Their idiosyncratic wines are pushing the boundaries of Margaret River wine. There's a purity and balance inherent in everything this they produce. These are wines built from the roots up. You can feel the passion and love in every drop from this brave avant-garde operation.
Theirs is one of the most exciting projects in Margaret River today.
