About The Wine
Here's a wine that might push around your preconceived notions of what wines made from Nebbiolo should taste like.
Winemaker Sam Bowman helps manage a vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. This block sits high in the Hills at 450m above sea level, the cooler temperature at that altitude yielding Nebbiolo of fragrance and flighty feel.
This was fermented as whole berries for eight days, this winemaking choice souping up the aromatics and keeping the palate lively and super juicy.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered, this is a bouncy and delicious take on this great Italian variety.
