About The Wine
There is a tremendous amount of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blends that come out of Western Australia.
Many of them are uninspired, plain-jane renditions - more water than wine.
But if you know AJ Hoadley and his wines, nothing he does is boring. This is organically farmed, dry gron Fruit from Frankland River, fermented and aged in oak for four months to gain body and complexity.
It finishes dry and fresh but gives you way more punch on the palate along the way.
