Such elegance, and, importantly, incredible sense of energy in the wine. Now we can use the word outstanding.

About The Wine
The Applejack Pinot Noir is from the cooler climes of the Yarra Valley. A cornerstone of the Giant Steps range, the Applejack vineyard thrives at the higher altitude. The wine is replete with spice, perfume and finesse.
With a healthy amount of whole bunches and a splash of new oak, the wine has plenty of oomph - it really is the complete package. The 2017 Giant Steps wines are all of very high quality. Without a doubt benchmarks for the region.
There is not much to go around in 2017, and Applejack is often the fastest to go. If you love Pinot Noir, do not hesitate over these releases.
