You cannot help but love this pinot...

About The Wine
The Clonal Blend Pinot Noir shows the full spectrum of light and shade of Pinot Noir grown on Eldridge Estate.
This wine combines seven clones, including five Dijon clones and the Eldridge Clone 1 into what David Lloyd believes is the best possible Pinot Noir from his site.
There's a richness of fruit to the wine but also a transparency, it's complex, nuanced and set to develop very well in bottle.
This is one of Mornington Peninsula's top examples of Pinot Noir. It's a great flagbarer for Mornington made by one of the legends of the region.
About Eldridge Estate
When David and Wendy Lloyd purchased the picturesque Eldridge Estate on Red Hill in Mornington Peninsula in 1995, their mission was, "to produce hand crafted wines of distinction that are true to the grape variety and the flavours from our unique site."
It's fair to say that more than 20 years on, that dream has been fully realised. David runs the property with zero carbon footprint, continuously searching to optimise efficiency and the quality of his wines.
A deep dive into the right clonal material for the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay on his small block has seen the wines of David Lloyd become respected as among the finest of Mornington Peninsula.
