About The Wine
Tim Smith has a sturdy hand in the winery. His expressions of Barossa and Eden Valley wines are of uniformly high-quality. Honest wines made with integrity and a sense of place.
His Grenache comes from two 80-year-old vineyard sites in the Barossa Valley. It's a bright and slightly more jovial style of Grenache. The concentration of the region working well with a lighter touch from Tim in the winery.
Gary Walsh named the 2016 vintage, "Truly the Burgundy of the Barossa." in his 94 point review. It's a wine that will go more than a decade if you want it to, yet will be just as delectable on your dinner table next week.
