The The Standish Shiraz is made from fruit farmed by the the Laycock family in the Greenock sub-region of the Barossa Valley. Dan has worked closely with this great vineyard since 2005, with previous releases of Standish 'Andelmonde’ and ‘Borne Bollene’ coming from this site.
He brings the 2017 wine to fruition in impeccable fashion. The sheer quality and depth of this Shiraz is nothing short of remarkable.
