What a lovely drink this is... Icy cold, or warmer, either way it’s great in the glass.

About the Wine
The emergence of blended, savoury and textural whites is such a great thing for Australian wine. Embracing new (and old) varieties. Making the best parts of them sing. Bring it on.
This is a blend of Fiano and Bianco d’Alessano. The point of this wine is simple, "to deliver a vibrant yet soft and textural wine". A wine to go with anything and everything. Sam Scott is on the money once again. Gary Walsh said, "Icy cold, or warmer, either way it’s great in the glass." in his 91 point review.
It's one of those 'greater than the sum of its parts' wines, and will perfectly suit a variety of occasions, particularly the next time you find yourself at a nice little Italian BYO.
About Scott & La Prova Wines
Sam Scott has a clear vision for his Scott and La Prova labels - Italian inspired wines done with an Australian sensibility.
Utilising his retail, winemaking and viticultural experience, he has crafted a range of interesting, charming wines from select vineyards through Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley and Langhorne Creek.
They are vibrant and fruit-forward but with a savoury twist and great varietal character. Value-for-money wise, the range is up there with the best in the country.
Sam is an excellent guy and a supremely talented winemaker, as James Halliday noted, “Scott is a star in the making.”
