Serious stuff here.

About This Wine
A powerful and serious Nebbiolo here that with some age showcases what makes the grape so great.
Dry and savoury, with significant, yet well integrated tannins that highlight why this varietal, when made with intent, truly needs some years for it to unfurl and showcase its true self. Earthen with tarry notes, dark cherry, and well-structured, this is in the zone as we speak.
No need to worry about cellaring, it will appeal to the true Nebb fanatic now, yet still has more to give with time.
About Galli Estate
Galli Estate was founded on the vision of post-WWII Italian immigrant Lorenzo Galli, to create a Tuscan -nspired estate in Australia.
Two sites were especially selected for this project, with their vineyards based on the volcanic soils of Sunbury, and the famous red Cambrian vineyards of Heathcote.
Farming their vineyards organically, and utilising 100% recycled water for irrigation, Galli in committed to sustainable viticulture and winemaking.
With Alistair Park leading the winemaking team, there is also a focus on natural ferments, and minimal intervention in the winemaking process.
