Well. Does it get boring if I simply say that They’ve Done It Again? This is a sophisticated chardonnay.

About the Wine
Jim Chatto turns his gaze to the Tamar Valley here with a seriously classy Chardonnay.
The Mania label allows Jim the luxury of experimenting with different parcels of fruit outside of his prized Huon Valley home vineyard. This is a vineyard with which Jim has a long history back to the 90's, and it shows with the poise and detail of the wine.
Flavour-packed but built to last, this is serious Tassie Chardy for the bucks.
About Chatto Wines
Jim Chatto is revered as one of the finest winemakers currently working in Australia. His recent reinvigoration at Mount Pleasent in the Hunter Valley has received phenomenal critical acclaim, as has his personal Tasmanian project, Chatto wines.
After purchasing a plot of land on the Apple Isle that Jim describes as “right on the edge of viticultural possibility”, planting began in 2007. In only a short amount of time, this site has produced some extraordinary Pinot Noir and looks set to become one of Tasmania's most prized viticultural assets.
