This wine comes from the McIntyre home vineyard in Mornington Peninsula.
In a spectacular vintage like 2015, the fruit from this dry-grown block produces brilliant wines of intensity and structure. Vines planted as early as 1983 thriving in the near perfect conditions on the Peninsula during the 2015 grow season, with excellent results.
The McIntyre Vineyard Pinot Noir is a wine for quiet contemplation. It will cellar well just as it impresses on release.
With a huge 97 points from James Halliday, this is a wonderful wine from a top-flight producer.
