Rich and mellow and complex, yet light on its feet and still frisky.

About The Wine
The name Jansz has become synonymous with ultra premium Sparkling from Tassie, and offers extreme value at every price point.
This is one of their rarest premium cuveés - a late-disgorged vintage sparkling that sits at the top of the wine style in Australia. It's a powerful and intense expression of Tasmanian terroir from the Pipers River region.
It's the perfect aperitif, or if you're feeling spicy, the perfect accompaniment for a "Champagne" (well, Tassie Sparkling?) breakfast.
About Jansz
Jansz Tasmania is widely regarded as one of Australia's best luxury sparkling wine houses - which makes a lot of sense when you consider they've been devoted solely to making sparkling wines since 1986.
Climate is integral to winemaking, and Tasmania's climate is very similar to that of northeast France. The Hill-Smith family recognised the potential the area held to make world-class sparkling wine, and purchased the Jansz property in 1998.
They create their wines with the belief in minimal intervention and working alongside nature to create beautiful, elegant wines - and they do it very well, too.
