About The Wine
The Grand Vintage cuveé from Ed Carr and House of Arras is arguably Australia's most important sparkling wine.
Sourced from premium sites across Tasmania, this classic method traditional sparkling spends up to a decade on lees before being disgorged.
It's a long and slow process to create this level of depth and complexity, but for Carr, it's well worth the wait.
This is an exquisite wine, one that is comparable to the very best sparklings from anywhere in the world.
