SRC is one of the star producers rising from the volcanic soils on the fabled northern slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily.

Headed up by Rori Parasiliti, these wines have developed a huge cult following for their incredible energy and transparency. They show all the nervy drive and intense minerality that has garnered such huge global interest in wines from this part of the world.

SRC have five hectares across the districts of Crasà, Calderara, Scimonetta and Rivaggi and showcase each site with absolute clarity, using a natural winemaking philosophy to paint the most honest picture possible of their unique home.
