About The Wine
The Applejack vineyard has long supplied the fruit for the most sought-after of the Giants Steps Pinot Noirs, now the same may be true for Flamsteed's Chardonnays.
The first release of the wine came from a hunch that there might be something special about the fruit from this block in 2017, it would seem that Flamsteed's hunch was right.
The 2019 looks every bit as good - a perfect balance struck between fruit weight and flavour with bell- clear acidity. Stocks are limited and this won't be around for long. Dive in while you can.
