2018 La Violetta Das Sakrifizz
Here the fizzy version of the much-loved Das Sakrileg Riesling from AJ Hoadley.
Das Sakrileg is not for the faint of heart or lovers of the 'classical' style of Aussie Rizza. It's one for the adventurous, the risk takers and the explorers of all things wine.
It is a pumped up, textural style with a lot to say. Oxidatively handled, fermented in oak, even a little malo which is almost unheard of in Australian Riesling.
Here's it's bottled before the primary ferment is complete to make a Pet Nat with plenty of complexity.
It's a Rizza Fizza that you're going to love.
Only 600 bottles made.Read more about 2018 La Violetta Das Sakrifizz

This is a fun and frisky white wine designed for maximum immediate pleasure.
Here, winemaker Steve Crawford takes a bunch of textural and aromatic white varieties from across South Australia, works it gently in the winery and blends it together with great success.
Steve describes it as, "A truly classic multi-regional and multi- varietal blend, allowing us to experiment with different parcels of fruit to create a textural white-ish wine made purely for the table."
It's such good drinking, the balance of varieties absolutely spot on. Bellissimo!Read more about 2018 Giovanni Armani Giorgio Bianco Superioré

2018 Ravensworth Zin-Zin Baby
Never one to shy away from trying new things, here the singular Bryan Martin tries his hand at Zinfandel from 20ish-year-old vines in the Hilltops.
With a little advise from some Californian winemakers on how to handle this variety, Bryan turned out a lovely wine for the very first release. The second is every bit as good.
It's bright and jubey, floral and juicy. And according to Bryan, it's a top-notch match for Turkey and cranberry sauce.
