These are all delicious and highly regarded wines in their own right, and are definitely wines that make you say 'Wow'!

If you want to broaden your wine horizons there is no better way than with this totally unique tasting pack. Feeling adventurous? Well, you’ve come to the right place!

2018 La Violetta Das Sakrifizz

Here the fizzy version of the much-loved Das Sakrileg Riesling from AJ Hoadley.

Das Sakrileg is not for the faint of heart or lovers of the 'classical' style of Aussie Rizza. It's one for the adventurous, the risk takers and the explorers of all things wine.

It is a pumped up, textural style with a lot to say. Oxidatively handled, fermented in oak, even a little malo which is almost unheard of in Australian Riesling.

Here's it's bottled before the primary ferment is complete to make a Pet Nat with plenty of complexity.

It's a Rizza Fizza that you're going to love.

Only 600 bottles made.

2018 Giovanni Armani Giorgio Bianco Superioré

This is a fun and frisky white wine designed for maximum immediate pleasure.

Here, winemaker Steve Crawford takes a bunch of textural and aromatic white varieties from across South Australia, works it gently in the winery and blends it together with great success.

Steve describes it as, "A truly classic multi-regional and multi- varietal blend, allowing us to experiment with different parcels of fruit to create a textural white-ish wine made purely for the table."

It's such good drinking, the balance of varieties absolutely spot on. Bellissimo!

2018 Cambridge Road Cloud Walker

Cloud Walker is an ultra-juicy blend of Pinot Gris and Riesling from the Cirrus Vineyard in Martinborough.

The grapes are grown organically, there's nothing added to the juice at any point in the winemaking process. What you see in the glass is the end result of great fruit nursed to bottle with a gentle hand.

Skins play a part, as do old barrels and ceramic eggs.

With no preservatives added to this wine, this is as natural as wine gets and it's down right delicious to drink.

2017 Between Five Bells Rosé

This Rose from the creative team behind Between Five Bells is made from a mix of white and red grapes.

There's some traditional Rose juice from some Syrah saignée alongside a core of Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir. Throw in a dash of Pinot Gris and Riesling for a little extra freshness and zing and you're looking at an insanely bright and crunchy Rose with a truckload of perfume.

Looking for a complex yet refreshing Rose made with a minimal intervention philosophy?

The Between Five Bells is well worth a look.

2018 Mac Forbes EB42 Summer Lovin' Pinot Meunier

Mac's had a few digs at Pinot Meunier over the last few years, there's been some Pet Nat action previously - here's the table wine version.

It's as light as a feather. A crunchy nouveau light red that loves a little chill before being served.

Mac's got great feel when crafting Pinot Noir, same deal here with the cousin variety.

Chill it down and drink in the warmer months!

2018 Ravensworth Zin-Zin Baby

Never one to shy away from trying new things, here the singular Bryan Martin tries his hand at Zinfandel from 20ish-year-old vines in the Hilltops.

With a little advise from some Californian winemakers on how to handle this variety, Bryan turned out a lovely wine for the very first release. The second is every bit as good.

It's bright and jubey, floral and juicy. And according to Bryan, it's a top-notch match for Turkey and cranberry sauce.

Stocks are limited so get in quick if you want to try the latest Ravensworth creation!
