2018 Goisot Saint-Bris Exogyra Virgula
It's rare to find Sauvignon Blanc in this part of the world, but this old vine offering from Guilhem is absolutely worth a look.
From the northern reaches of the region, this is a cool, textural, focused expression of the variety. It shows as something like Sauv-meets-Chablis, with tremendous inward focus and a distinct sense of minerality.

Their Aligote offers supreme value for money. It's sourced from vines aged from 40 to 92-years-old, growing on the cool slopes of St Bris.
These old vines planted at high density produce a wine with great depth of flavour with a serious mineral backbone.
