The rich history of Hidalgo La Gitana began in 1792 when José Pantaleón Hidalgo relocated from Santander in the North of Spain to Jerez de la Frontera.
It started what would become possibly the largest family-owned, estate-grown Bodega in the region, that would go on to have a 200+ year legacy and be a benchmark for the region.
