According to winemaker Nick Glaetzer, the 2016 season was another great vintage for Tasmanian Riesling and it shows in this ultra succulent release.
It’s got a bit more going on than classic lemon/lime Riesling, the fruit feels a little sunnier, there a little grip to it, it even went through full malo! It has interest and drinkability in spades.
With 93 points from Gary Walsh, suffice to say its delicious drinking and you’ll not be disappointed.

2-3% botrytis that dried out before harvest. Meant less time sur lie to develop mid-palate (2-months v 6-month usual). Long slow ferment over 60-days. Full MLF during primary ferment also.”
