The 2016 release Isolation Ridge has a touch more residual sugar than previous years as Hunter looks for more generosity in this wine on release.

What It Tastes Like
Apple blossoms, fresh juicy limes, bickfords cordial, such a piercing perfume. Great stuff. It’s definitely lusher than last year. More generous in flavour with orange jellies and a citrus but with structure and crystalline acidity at its core. A mineral edge carves out a track through the finish like a diamond cutting glass. Excellent Riesling.
