What It Tastes Like
Shy perfume of crushed rocks, lemon pith, blossom and lime. It’s not showy on the nose but in the mouth it explodes. Searing acid coiled tightly around a deep core of citrus and tonic water flavours. Geez this flies through the mouth. Cracking Riesling for now or in a decade.

The sub region of Murrumbatemen is at the heart of riesling country, and the fruit for this riesling is sourced from a vineyard just north of the Murrumbatemen Village. The vineyard lies at an altitude of 600 metres above sea level on an ancient de-composed granite belt that runs along both sides of the Barton Highway.
Hand picked, de-stemmed to tank and left on skins soaking for 2 months prior to pressing. Lightly pressed, fermented naturally and filtered to bottle shortly after.
