About

This makes a bold statement for the potential of serious Rosé in this country.

This is Pinot Gris and a dash of Pinot Noir left on skins for 2-3 days before being basket pressed to a mixture of demi-muid and tank, left on lees for six months to build texture and palate weight.

This is a very serious wine. It’s long and elegant, both crisply defined and voluptuous - quite simply, it’s a next level Rosé that must be tried if you want to see just how good this wine style can be.

Only 50 dozen made.

What It Tastes Like

Bright fairy floss notes and turkish spice, sweet strawberry and orange wrapped around a long, mineral driven palate. There’s a savoury element too, a lick of salt and pink peppercorn and a finish which is opulent yet soft and gently powdery. So good.
