About

This Rosé is made from some of the country's most highly prized Pinot Noir fruit.

It is biodynamically farmed by Gippsland vigneron Phillip Jones and picked specifically for making a serious and complex style of Rosé wine. The fruit crushed before being fermented wild as juice in old barrels. A fine wine version of this often overlooked wine style.

Mike Bennie awarded it 94 points calling it "Class Rosé." - you'd expect nothing less from this famous estate.

What it Tastes Like

"Delicious! Righteous stuff. Pale garnet pink in glass, a kiss of strawberry amongst cherry and cranberry and spice flavours. Touch of savouriness in perfume and a sprig of briar or dried herbs. It’s got superb texture, slippery but also with a succulence, acidity fresh and lively, fruit sweet and just a touch squeaky with attractive bitterness. Excellent wine, when you take a moment. Class rose." - Mike Bennie (The Wine Front)
