What it Tastes Like
Blueberry and black cherry pie, cracked pepper, sweet oak and some almost floral top notes. It's a pretty wine with a smooth, velvety feel. Fine tannins lay a powdery bed for the sweet berried fruit and a spice accent on the finish of good length. Good WA Shiraz obviously made well with the intent for it to be consumed immediately.
Aromas of red earth, ground black spice and dark berries. The palate presents fine, silky tannins, juicy fruit flavours of blueberry and dark cherry with undertones of spice.
