CURRENT VINTAGE: 2015 The 2015 vintage has delivered red wines with varietal purity, fresh natural acidity, tangy minerality and overall balance: one of our best vintages. These are great wines from Bass Phillip, and they are all capable of medium, long-term cellaring....... However, they are beautiful to drink now!! All the reds need one to two hours breathing after pulling the cork. WINEMAKER’S NOTES: Fresh fruit, vibrant: pure pinot noir in character: multi-layered and moreish, with hidden spices, and a clean, mineral finish. Delicious! Will grow over the coming ten years.
