The rise of organic, biodynamic and natural wines has been one of the most controversial shifts in the Australian wine zeitgeist over the last decade. Organic wines are farmed without the addition of chemicals, while biodynamic wines take it one step further and treat the entire vineyard as a living ecosystem. Natural wines are made with little to no additions in the winery, including the preservative Sulphur Dioxide (SO2), and come in all the colours of the rainbow. The best examples are clean and bright and offer a wonderful, different drinking experience. Check out this collection of our favourite organic, biodynamic and natural wines to see what they are all about.
