What It Tastes Like
Gamey, earthy, right away, this sucks you in. More serious than the Gippsland. The ever-so-fine, powdery tannin sets the framework for the dark berries, savoury and spice to dance within. So, so, so, good for the price. A serious Pinot drinker’s quaffer.
